German Benefits Overview

Profit Sharing
A portion of world-wide net income determined at the discretion of the company is allocated to participants based on pay and length of service. You may find more details in the Enterprise Personnel Policies and Benefits Summary.

Insurances
The following insurances will be provided for all eligible employees under the age of 67 on the first day of the seventh month following their first day of employment: Long-Term Disability and Accidental Death Insurance.

Educational Training Assistance / Language Training
Enterprise offers internal trainings for employees on a regular basis and supports full-time employees after their first anniversary with professional development in relation to their work assignments or with European language skills training.

Maternity Phase-Back Period
After returning from maternity leave or parental leave, the main upbringing parent will be offered a phase-back period with full pay.

Company Events
Enterprise supports diverse events for employees outside of work: summer party, happy hours and year end party; and sport activities.
