As an Enterprise employee, you can join the Retirement Savings Plan and we'll support you as you save for your retirement.
Your Enterprise pension packet, available online, will help you to make an informed decision on how much you want to contribute now to enjoy a comfortable retirement. Once eligible, Enterprise will help by making payments into your savings pot through the profit-sharing contribution. But, to get the profit sharing contribution, you must sign up. Joining the plan is a win-win, because any money you pay in will be tax-free, helping you to make your savings go as far as possible to fund your dreams for tomorrow. | Eligibility | Membership open to all employees covered on an Enterprise Rent-A-Car employment contract. |
| Employee Contributions | Can start these contributions upon hire and can change the level at any time. |
| Employer Contributions | Eligible to receive company profit sharing contribution upon completing 12 months of service. A portion of company's profits, determined at the discretion of the company, is allocated to participants based on pay and length service. Must be employed on last day of financial year (31 July) to qualify. |
| Investment of Contributions | Employees may choose to invest their voluntary contributions in any one or a mix of funds or participate in the Lifestyle Programme. The complete list of funds and information available from Friends Life and is included as part of the Pension Packet (below). |
| Benefit | Currently, members can begin taking their retirement benefit between 55 and 75, even if they are still working. Normally up to 25% of a member's fund can be taken as a tax-free lump sum. Also, a guaranteed pension can be purchased from an insurance company or the fund can be managed personally with an income drawn on a non-guaranteed basis. |
| Cost | Cost to administer the plan is deducted from member fund balance. The charge is currently 1% a year for Friends Life investment funds. |

| Benefit |
60% of gross remuneration less any state benefits (maximum £29,166/month). Benefit is taxed under PAYE. LTD premium is not a P11D taxable benefit. |
Short-Term Disability
| Eligibility | Level II – IV employees who satisfy criteria. Determined by employee category and length of service. All are not reimbursable. |
