The Benefits Central Call Center, 855-434-4236, will also be able to answer questions regarding your benefits and assist you with the enrollment process or navigating the Benefits Central website. During annual enrollment, the call center's phone lines will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST.

Before you log in, take a few minutes to review these enrollment materials:

• Plan rates and key changes (U.S.) — includes the addition of one standard premium rate for all employees, healthy behavior incentives and a new coverage level.
• Benefits enrollment guide (U.S.) — to better understand your coverage options for 2012.
• How to enroll brochure — to help you get started and navigate your way through Benefits Central.

Then, log in to Benefits Central — benefits.ehi.com — beginning Oct. 10 or contact the call center toll free at 855-434-4236 to make your elections during Enterprise Holdings' annual benefits enrollment period which will take place this year from Oct. 10 to Oct. 28.

Note: The Annual Enrollment portion of youdrive.enterpriseholdings.com is designed to familiarize you with your benefit choices for 2012 and the enrollment process. To enroll, you must log in to benefits.ehi.com to complete the annual enrollment process between Oct. 10 and Oct. 28. Benefit choices you make now become effective Jan. 1 and remain in effect for all of 2012.
